Our Property
Nice townhouse in a Carrollwood lake community near shops and restaurants. Our townhouse has a community pool (open seasonally), updated interior, and shower panels in each of the full bathrooms. Smart TVs in the living room and master have AppleTV, Netflix and YouTube Live subscriptions included. There is also a private patio and balcony on the second floor. Well trained dogs welcome. PMA Membership required, included if you're not already a member.

As you enter this townhouse, you will find the downstairs is an open concept kitchen, dining, living room area with a half guest bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The master has an attached bath with a luxurious jetted shower panel and a private screened in balcony where you can sit and relax. There is a second full bathroom upstairs also with an amazing jetted shower panel for the guest room. Laundry is also located on the 2nd floor with a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience.
